We love to see Di Ercolano. Was beautiful. more than beautiful. Great job all the work there. And tickets at headout is also great. we enjoy the fast entrance.
Easy to book, safe on the App and able to be saved as a screenshot. Open ticket for the whole day chosen so no pressure to get to venue at a specific time. Did get directed by staff direct to the entrance. Not sure there was much of a Queue but convenient. Amazing experience actually visiting Herculaneum. Not to be missed when visiting area. Direct local stopping train from Garibaldi rail station in Naples. Very cheap return ticket and regular service. From station straight down the road to entrance bit of a hill on the way back up. Definitely recommend at least 3/4 hrs to visit.
An incredible experience to walk the streets and experience the wonders of an ancient community. Stunning glimpses of the beautiful artwork and culture of the time. Absolutely amazing visiting Herculaneum.
The skeletons were amazing. I loved touring around and exploring this super well preserved old village. Amazing experience I would recommend to all!
I went to visit the excavations of Herculaneum during the Easter holidays, so very busy with tourists...having a skip-the-line ticket allowed me to save time and be able to enjoy this beautiful experience without the stress of the queue...

Having visited Pompeii a few days before we decided to do without a guide this time and just explore Herculaneum ourselves. It was so much more peaceful than Pompeii and the completeness of the buildings is amazing. You can really see what a beautiful place it would have been to live. We really enjoyed our visit here. Prebooking the ticket meant we just strolled straight in, which was great.
These tickets were a dream. I bought them online the night before, the tickets allowed us to enter Herculaneum at any point during the day. We arrived around 11.30am and we were straight through, no queues or waiting. I loved Herculaneum, it's so well preserved and is much smaller than Pompeii so is not as overwhelming. It is at the bottom of a hill so please be aware if you need to get back to the train station for a set time, it's quite a walk!
It was an incredibly beautiful day. Admission was uncomplicated and quick. There are several toilets and the small museum is great.

Herculaneum is a place that makes an impression and stimulates the imagination. Not so long ago, all these buildings were located several meters underground. Today, they allow us to see with our own eyes what this ancient city really looked like. Most of the buildings presented here have been preserved in such good condition that walking the streets of Herculaneum, you can feel like you are in a real city where life still goes on. I will remember my time spent in Herculaneum for a very long time. Buying tickets via Headout allowed direct entry to the archaeological park.
Superb visit. The Herculum site is very different from Pompeii. Much smaller, but you can get inside almost any house. Taking the audioguide is a real plus, I recommend it. We spent just under 3 hours seeing all the houses.

The best sightseeing with phenomenal insights into the life of the ancient Romans. Hidden under several meters of volcanic ash and lava, Hercaluneum was excavated. It was even closer to the volcanic eruption that engulfed Pompeii. Here you are allowed closer to the excavation and the site is not very extensive. Nevertheless, the frescoes and mosaics are more beautiful than in Pompeii. Nevertheless, a visit to Pompeii is also very interesting. The cost is around 14 euros for adults.

Very well preserved buildings and streets. The audio guide takes you back to Roman times. The skeletons at the bottom of the excavation are impressive.

Great place to visit with very good explanation of all the places. A lot of history is to see. And they are still working to renovate and maintain. The catering was very poor. No restaurant. That coud be better.
It is impressive to have been able to visit Ercolano, although it is small, it is better preserved than Pompeii and being able to enjoy a small courtyard at the end of the visit was very comforting!

Amazing site, however there are no normal trains stopping at the the station from the Sorrento line trains. We thus had to change trains. There was also no signs to the sire from the statio. Lastly there were only machine purchase food and drinks at the site.
Francesco was an awesome guide. He was enthusiastic about showing us what makes the site special and he was able to answer all of our questions. It was the best tour experience that we have ever had. Highly recommend!
Nothing to complain about, we already had our tickets in PDF format on the laptop and we were straight home in a matter of minutes. It was great.

Brilliant day. Travelled via train from Sorrento. Staff at the site were very helpful and polite. Awesome location stayed all day wandering around. Highlight of our visit sp far. A definite must do lication
It was easy to book and we didn't have to queue. Top! But why we had to enter the names for each of us (6 people) was not clear to me. The names were then no longer on the tickets either

Our guide was very knowledgeable and very informative. It was a good experience.
we took a daytrip from rome to nsples, we had purchased hurculaneum tour with roundtrip transportation from naples to the site and back to naples. Because we were instructed to be at our pickup location 20 min early than our pick up time we ended up waiting for over 1.5 hrs to find out our transportation was in traffic and would be even later. we cancelled our trip because we wouldnt have been back in enough time to catch our train back to rome.
